"Lord, teach me Your demands, and I will keep them until the end. Help me understand, so I can keep your teachings, obeying them with all my heart. Lead me in the path of your commands, because that makes me happy." Psalm 119:33-35

Week 6 Wednesday SOAP: Jesus
S- This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into this world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.
O- Christ Jesus is our savior, He came into this world to save us.
A- Jesus came to set me free from this evil world, he gave himself for me because he loves me and cares for me. He gave me a chance to have eternal life and my job is to share what he did for me to the world.
P- Father God give me the boldness to share the good news with the world. To not let all the things in this world hold me back from sharing what you did for me. Lord use me in any way you want and fill me with your boldness. In Jesus name, Amen.

Week 6 Tuesday SOAP: Jesus - Yahweh Saves
S- When Jesus heard it, He said to them, "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance."
O- He came to save the sinners, to lead them to repentance.
A- Jesus came to save the ones in need for repentance, the ones in need of salvation. He became one with me a sinner in order to save me from going to hell, instead giving me a chance to live eternally with God. This reminds me of 2 Corinthians 5:21 "But God made Him to be sin for us who knew no sin, that we might be made righteousness of God through Him" All Jesus wants is to identify with us in order that He might redeem us. He came lived amongst us, died and suffered for us on the cross, rose and conquered death, and became our gateway to our Father in Heaven. So amazing!!!! We are all his people, He wants all His people to be saved.
P- Lord Jesus. thank you for taking on the cross for us, raising from the grave and for giving us access to our Father in Heaven. I'm so sorry that you had to suffer for us. As I continue on this journey here on earth, I pray that each day I lift up my cross and remember what you did for me and let that consume every thought of mine, every action of mine and every word that comes from my mouth, that your light shine through me, so that I can glorify you for all that you have done for me. All praise and glory to you forever and ever. In your precious name, Amen.
Week 6 Monday SOAP: Jesus - Yahweh Saves
S- And she will bring forth a Son, and you will call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins.
O- Jesus son of God will be born to save us, His people from our sins.
A- God's grace!!!! I couldn't imagine sacrificing my daughters for anyone, but God did that for us. He sent His only son to die for us on the cross to save us from our sins. There is no greater love than that, God truly knew what we were going to need to survive this world and He so graciously provided our Savior. Jesus is the Savior of sinners, which means He came for you and for me. We are truly blessed to be loved by such an amazing God.
From our blog today:
“More than a great teacher, more than an enlightened man, more than a worker of miracles, more than a source of meaning in life, more than a self-help guru, more than a self esteem builder, more than a political liberator, more than a caring friend, more than a transformer of cultures, more than a purpose for the purposeless, Jesus is the Savior of sinners.” ~ Kevin DeYoung
P- Lord, thank you for always knowing what we needed and for sacrificing Your Son to be our Savior. I cant ever imagine sacrificing my daughter, I can just imagine just how you must have felt knowing what he was going to face for our sins. I'm sorry that we are filled with sin, but I am forever grateful for your sacrifice to save us, for our salvation, our redemption. You are such a forgiving and graceful Abba Daddy, I love you so much. In Jesus name, Amen

Week 5 Friday SOAP & Response Day: Immanuel (God with us)
S- the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
O- God lives in me, it is no longer I who lives, but Christ who lives in me.
A- The basis of our relationship with God is His unmerited grace for me. Ephesians 2:8 "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God." God wants me to trust Him for my salvation rather than rely on my own righteousness. He gave himself for me and He loves me more than anyone can ever love me. I am a new creation, my old self is gone and my new self in Christ is alive and thriving. It's up to me to keep my walk straight staying in His word and praying, through that He keeps changing me and he keeps growing within me. Great is He, then I!!!!
P- Lord, thank you for sending your Son to die for me and to give me a new life in You. I love the new person you are creating me, the changes are amazing and i never want to go back to my old ways in the flesh. Continue working in my life Lord, I give it all to you to mold and shape as you like. Lord, help me stand firm on your foundation and strong in your faith to never turn back from the most beautiful gift you have given me. I love you!!! In Jesus name, Amen

Week 5 Thursday SOAP: Immanuel (God with us)
S- (NKJV) "Am I a God near at hand," says the LORD, "and not a God afar off? Can anyone hide himself in secret places, So I shall not see him?" says the LORD; "Do I not fill the heaven and earth?" says the LORD.
O- God knows and sees everything in our lives.
A- There is no secret son or hidden sin. God sees everything we do. Sometimes we tend to think we can hide ourselves from God or our actions from God. Don't be deceived, we cannot hide nothing from Him. God filled the heavens and the earth, He knows what He created from the inside out.
P- Lord, thank you for creating me, you do such marvelous work in all of us. Lord when I try getting away with my sins, remind me of who I am of who created me Lord. Forgive me for all my sins past, present and future ones, especially the ones I can't remember or the ones I am not aware of. Lift the scales from my eyes Lord and fill me with your wisdom to know what is displeasing to you and what breaks your heart in my actions and words. Consume Lord, fill me with your love. In Jesus name, Amen

Week 5 Wednesday SOAP: Immanuel (God with us)
S- teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of age."
O- Jesus promised His disciples that He would be with them till the end of age.
A- What a great promise from Jesus to His disciples. As they were going out to spread Gods word, they needed that promise, they needed to know He will always be with them till the end of age. I now have hold of that promise as well. As walk this earth sharing God's word, He is there walking with me, always there to guide and lead me to where He wants to use me. I will not fear where God sends me for I know that He will be with me till the end of age. He is with me in every season of my life!!
P- Lord, thank you for never leaving my side or forsaking me. Thank you for pulling me from this world and choosing me to be your daughter. It is the most amazing privilege to know that I am your daughter. Continue to use me in whatever you want and keep my heart holy to face it and go at it knowing its your will and its to glorify you only Abba Daddy. I love you with all my heart, mind and soul. In Jesus name, Amen.

Week 5 Tuesday SOAP: Immanuel (God with us)
S- Fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
O- Do not be troubled over nothing God says to His people. He says He will hold us up with His righteous hand.
A- I don't have to be afraid of anything. He will be my strength when I am weak. He will help me when I need it. He will hold me up when I feel I cant get up. God is with me 24/7 and I need to remember this verse and remember who my God is and what He promises me. He truly is the love that I have been searching for, my true love.
P- Lord, I pray for all those out in the world who don't know you, who have no hope and are so lost. Lord that you bring someone into their lives to tell them all about you and your love for us. Lord, if there is anyone around me that needs this verse and your love, give me the boldness to go to them and tell them all about you and fill their hearts with you hope and your love. Keep filling my heart daily with your words and your grace. Let your mercy light my path for you. In Jesus name, amen.

Week 5 Monday SOAP: Immanuel (God with us)
S- (NKJV) "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a son, and they shall call His name Immanuel" which is translated "God with us"
O- A child was to be born from a virgin, whos' name will be Immanuel-God with us.
A- God is with me. All my worries, anxieties, impatience, complaining, fear, etc., through each emotion or feeling God is with me, He lives in me and is with me. He will never leave me or forsake me. He left His throne to come down to earth, a sinful place to save me and to be with me. His love is like no other, unconditional. He cares about me Megin and everything that goes on in my life.
P- Father God thank you for leaving your throne to be with me, to save me from this crazy world, to give me hope in the chaos that surrounds me daily. Father when the enemy tries taking my joy, my peace that you have given so freely to me, shake me up, create obstacles to stop me where I am at and to come to you in prayer Father to be reminded of who you are and your love for me and that you are with me and will never leave me or forsake me. Week 4 Friday SOAP & Response: Wonderful Counselor
S- For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
O- Jesus, the son of God was born as a child into our world to be an offering for my sins and to be my Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.
A- I have my Wonderful Counselor the creator of wisdom who gives me knowledge. Mighty God who is all powerful, He is God, my creator!!! I love this, go it from the blog today:
“I beg and beseech of you all present, as God the Spirit shall help you, come and put your trust in Jesus Christ, he is “the mighty God.” Oh, Christians, believe him more than ever, cast your troubles constantly on him; he is “the mighty God;” go to Him in all your dilemmas, when the enemy cometh in like a flood, this mighty God shall make a way for your deliverance; take to him your griefs, this mighty God can alleviate them all; tell him your backslidings and sins, this mighty God shall blot them out. And, O sinners, ye that feel your need of a Savior, come to Christ and trust him for he is “the mighty God.” Go to your houses, and fall on your knees and confess your sins, and then cast your poor, guilty, helpless, naked, defenseless souls before his omnipotence, for he is able to save unto the uttermost them that come unto God by him, because when he died he was not manhood, without divinity, but he was “the mighty God.” This, I say, we will write on our banners, from this day forth and for ever; this shall be our joy and our song—the child bow and the son given is to us “the mighty God.”- C.H. Spurgeon
Everlasting Father who will never leave or forsake me, always there for me at all times. Prince of Peace who is my peace a peace I can not in any way get from this world. I have all I need in Jesus!!!
P- Lord Jesus, thank you for leaving your throne to come live in this sinful world with us to be the offering we need to be able to ask for forgiveness and repent, to have an eternal life with our Father in Heaven, for giving us access to Him. Thank you for being my Wonderful Counselor, my Mighty God, my Everlasting Father, and my Prince of Peace. Thank you for knowing who you were before you came, and knowing what to do to save me. Thank you for your grace and mercy always. Lord, I come to you with all my heart and soul and mind, consume me from the inside out, make everything in life about you Lord. I love you and I praise you for all in my life. In your precious name Jesus, Amen.
Make sure you reflect on the questions on page 76.

Week 4 Thursday SOAP: Wonderful Counselor
S- And all the angels standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, saying, "Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen."
O- Thankful worship.
A- The angels whom we typically picture as majestic and powerful were first seen standing and then falling to their faces before the throne of God. The angles describe Gods characteristics that are rightfully and eternally his (Praise, glory, wisdom, thanks, honor, power, and strength). They truly understand that our God is completely holy and deserving of worship, absolutely worthy of gratitude, and omnipotent (all-powerful). There is no limit to His greatness. We see a kind of thankful worship that takes place in Heaven and that should take place on earth as well. We should be awestruck by the grace given to us by God who holds our salvation to all his children.
P- Heavenly Father may your Kingdom come and Your will be done here on earth as it is in Heaven. Lord I pray that all your children know how wonderful and amazing you are and give you all the praise and glory that belongs to you. Lord, when I fall short from glorifying you, show me Father. Lord help me know in every part of my mind, body and soul how much you love and to come to you when darkness starts to creep in. Teach me Lord to carry my cross daily and to worship you from the moment I wake up to the time I lay down to sleep and even in my sleep till I wake, 24/7 Lord reveal to me what stops me from praising you. In Jesus name, Amen
Here's a video for today. I just love this song.

Week 4 Wednesday SOAP: Wonderful Counselor
S- If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.
O- Ask God for wisdom without doubt and he will give to you generously.
A- God gives me wisdom if I ask. That's a glorious promise from Him. I believe that sometimes God puts our faith to the test. He tests us to the breaking point of our abilities and resources so we will learn to trust in Him instead of ourselves. My resources are limited, but when I look to god, I have unlimited resources. My strength is limited, but when I rely on God, my strength is unlimited. 2 Corinthians 12:10 "Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong." So I will do my best to count it all joy when God puts me to the test. All we have to do is ask for wisdom and He provides for us what we need. Proverbs 3:5-6 tell us "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." First, I must trust in the Lord with all my heart, then I must acknowledge, or ask Him. Whenever I lack wisdom, just ask and it will be given to me :)
P- God, thank you for being my wonderful counselor. Thank you for giving me full access to you through Jesus. Forgive me when I tend to find solutions on my own and not from you. Father, when you put me to the test, help me to run to you first my true love and give me the wisdom to be able to turn from my selfish ways and to put all trust in You for everything. God, give me wisdom to making decisions that need to be made daily. I praise you for all that you have done to provide us with all that is needed God. I love you with all my heart, all my mind, and all my soul. In Jesus name, Amen

Week 4 Tuesday SOAP: Wonderful Counselor
S- in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
O- Jesus Christ is God's mystery in which all treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden.
A- God has given me the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, through His Son Jesus. 1 John 5:13, John says "I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God that you may know that you have eternal life." Colossians 1:27 "To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory." He has given me full assurance of my salvation and what a blessing when you have that full assurance as we sing. "Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine." Full assurance only comes by faith, trusting in the grace and the mercy of God, through Christ. If I am depending upon my efforts and my works to make me righteous, I can never have full assurance. The real mystery is that it is Christ in me. That magnificent mystery resides within me. His treasures are in me!!!
P- Heavenly Father thank you for the assurance you have bestowed upon me so freely. Thank you for making known to me the true mystery of the treasures in me through Your son Christ. Help me protect those treasures in me and not let the enemy steal from me. You are my everything, I love. In Jesus name, Amen.
